If you are finding that your Cosy displays battery has gone flat, this could mean that the battery has degraded.

The product is not designed to have the batteries replaced and as such we do not stock replacement batteries.

The display will continue to work as a static thermostat left on the charging dock or a replacement can be ordered from our webstore, https://www.geotogether.com/consumer/product/cosy-thermostat-display/

To maintain the battery we recommend to allow the display to fully charge and discharge regularly, keeping the display off the dock when you are at home and only charging the display overnight or when you are away.
