Your Solo III Display relies on the Solo III Hub to provide data as well as time information. If your Hub is not connected to our cloud service, then you might not see historical data on your Display.


  • Check that your Hub is switched on and connected to your internet router. If working correctly, the Hub should show two green lights.
  • If the 'cloud' light on your Hub is not showing green, try rebooting the Hub and internet router. 
  • If you still cannot see a green 'cloud' light after power cycling, check that your router has a connection to the internet.
