The Solo III meter is separated into two main parts
- Meter
- 'Top Hat'
The 'Top Hat' element is pictured below:
In rare cases, the Top Hat may need replacing to resolve issues with pairing.
NOTE: Before you start this process, please ensure that the power to the meter has been fully switched off
To remove the Top Hat turn the 2 flat head screws on either side anti clockwise and pull the top half of the meter towards you [see below]
Once this has been removed, fit the new Top Hat by sliding it into position and then tighten the screws by turning them clockwise
Once you have confirmed the Top Hat is securely fitted, switch on the power to your meter, and run through the pairing process with your Hub or Display.
