Previously: LEDs flashed green alternately only during the period of the initial HUB firmware upgrade. All other upgrades (eg. display firmware) were done in the background with no visible feedback to the user.

Now: All firmware upgrades show alternate flashing green LEDs. This is for every HUB upgrade and every RF device (meter and display) upgrade. The upshot is that the user might see the LEDs flash in this manner during normal operation as an upgrade is applied.
