There are three reasons why the units will have problems communicating:

• Range – Try moving the Display to a closer location to the Transmitter  

• Metal objects close to the Display or Transmitter – The devices cannot communicate through metal. Try moving the units away from any metal objects. 

• Interference – Some household devices can interfere with the Ensemble devices (light dimmers, hair dryers, Heating thermostats, etc). Try and locate the source of interference and either isolate it or move the Ensemble away from the source.
