One of the beauties of Cosy is that you can take it with you when you move and revert to the original boiler controls. All that is required is to:

  • Unplug and pack the Cosy Display and the Cosy Hub.
  • We recommend leaving the switch in place in your old property and purchasing a new switch - which includes professional installation for your new property. Please note that we provide both a heating switch and a hot water switch where customers can control their hot water.

  • Once your new switch is installed, simply plug back in your Cosy display and hub and pair the devices. An article on how to do this effectively is listed below:
