Before attempting to connect to the Hub, make sure that:
- You have followed the setup instructions in the box to install the Cosy Hub
- The Hub is on and connected to your internet router
- You have signed up for an account and activated it
- You are logged into the app and you are on the "Link your Cosy Hub" screen
Hub association process
- Make sure that your mobile device is connected to the same WiFi network as your Cosy Hub.
- Press and hold the cloud button on the top of the Hub. The Cloud indicator will start to flash orange.
- The App should attempt to connect to the Hub automatically, if it doesn't:
- tap "I've pressed the button" if using an iOS or Android device.
- tap "Link hub" if using the web app on a Windows or Kindle device.
