The Cosy smart heating system is no longer be operational from the end of April 2026.

If you still have your original heating controls on the wall (i.e. a twist dial thermostat), you can revert to using these to manage your heating.  

If you don’t have your original heating controls and don’t want a replacement smart heating system, traditional heating controls can be purchased online or in hardware shops.
