We’re sorry that your Cosy smart heating system will no longer be operational from the end of April 2026.
We understand that this is frustrating and would like to outline some additional options for you to consider, including an exclusive discount that we’ve negotiated with Hive, the UK’s no.1 smart thermostat.
1. If you would like to replace your Cosy system with another smart heating system, we can offer you an exclusive discount of 20% on RRP for you to purchase a new Hive mini[1]. This would be an excellent replacement for your Cosy system.
The Hive mini offers the same functionality as your Cosy Smart Heating System and could save you up to £174 per year[2]. It can support conventional and combi boilers, can come with or without hot water control and can be provided with professional installation, also at a 20% discount if you purchase this in the same basket, to make the switch as simple as possible.

3. If you don’t have your original heating controls and don’t want a replacement smart heating system, traditional heating controls can be purchased online or in hardware shops.
